Cancellation policy
Your appointments are very important to the Mileni & Co. team and are reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments occur, however we respectfully request at least a 48-hour notice for any changes or cancellations. This allows us time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our stylists' schedules filled. Less than a 24-hour notice cancellation will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved services, and day of cancellations or no shows will result in a 100% charge of services booked. Due to our policy, all new clients are required to provide credit card information to keep on file to reserve any appointment.
